Overnet Data provides fully managed, on site, low cost servers to small and medium sized businesses. We remotely set up and manage the servers using Overnet Data software, running on hardware that is owned by you and is physically located in your office.

	FULLY MANAGED We remotely set up and manage the servers, leaving you to concentrate on your business. If you need changes you give us a call, and we update the servers remotely.

	ON SITE Your servers, live in your office, under your physical control.

	LOW COST We use standard PC hardware and free, open source software. We charge an hourly rate for work done at your request.

	RELIABLE If you take up our guaranteed availability contract we guarantee your servers are available 99.5% of the time.

BACKUP SERVER

Backup your desktops and laptops. Easily integrates into an existing office network, with a customised backup policy to suit your needs. Opportunistic backups for laptops that are only connected to the network intermittently. Backup files are made available on a file server for easy recovery. Backups can be replicated to one or more remote sites of your choosing to protect against hardware theft and fire.

FILE SERVER

Store files centrally for access from anywhere within your network. Personal user files as well as shared files, with appropriate security protection to control access to the files. It allows users can work from multiple workstations while retaining access to their files, and data security policies to be implemented. Files held on the file server can be made available to remote offices or other external locations with appropriate security controls.
