Who we are

Overnet Data’s team is dedicated to developing software that makes administration simpler, leaving staff more time to support teaching and learning. We’ve been supporting education since 2007 and today work with schools and other education organisations. Our team includes former school network managers and people with experience across education, helping us focus on what matters to our customers.

What we do

Our main product is Edulink One. It keeps everyday information and tasks in one place and works on any device. Connect it to SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or iSAMS, or use Edulink One Plus as a standalone setup. From administration and planning to communication with learners and families, it reduces workload, cost and system complexity so your team can focus on supporting people.

Our Core Values

icon

Honesty

Our prices reflect how we work. We explain the setup, contract and support included—and any related costs—before you decide.
icon

Integrity

Our key staff have a background in schools and understand the frustration of dealing with suppliers that do not respect education budgets. That is not how we work. We strive to keep costs low and contracts simple.
icon

Trusted

We’ve been providing education software and support since 2007 and today work with schools and other education organisations. We are proud of our reputation for customer support and are happy for you to contact our customers for their opinion.
icon

Forward Thinking

Our customers shape how Edulink One develops. We listen to the people using it and keep improving the product around the realities of day-to-day education.

What we really liked was that within one unified platform we had a single solution that would allow us to communicate, engage and share data with teachers, parents and students.

For parents, real-time reporting means they can really participate in their child's education, with similar access to timetable information and data on achievement, behaviour etc. ... it is convenient to get to via their smart phone.

Rob Coles, Network Manager, Hornsea School and Language College

Teachers love the feature where the Pupil Premium, SEN and medical alert flags are shown on the register screen. That’s a great feature. It means that we’ve now got at our fingertips information on who is in our class and what we need to do to support them.

Rhys Froggatt, Director of eLearning, Chipping Campden School

What matters most is that school systems work well and are easy to use. Edulink One is such a great product, it sells itself. Parental engagement has been impressive… the low price is a bonus.

Nick Bartlett, Assistant Headteacher for Teaching and Learning, The Commonweal School

Edulink One is so much more than a parent portal. It has vastly improved our communications with students and parents and revolutionised our staff’s normal way of working – increasing efficiency and impact. We cannot imagine life without it now!

Daryl Bond, Assistant Headteacher, Guildford County School

Edulink One really is a fantastic asset. It’s simple to use and ties so many activities/tasks from school life together in one place. The app has helped improve communication with parents and we’ve seen nothing but benefits from implementing it.

Dave Helsby, Support Operations Manager, Queen’s Park High School
