Edulink One Knowledge Hub launched

The Knowledge Hub has been introduced to help schools get the best out of Edulink One’s extensive features and to help troubleshoot issues, 24/7.

“In addition to our current email and telephone support, the Knowledge Hub now gives schools access to self-service Edulink One product support at any time, rather than just office hours,” says Claudio Dinardo, Head of Support.

“We are proud of our hard-earned reputation for excellent support and we believe that this new resource will give customers improved user information and product support.”

The Hub is an ongoing project, with more articles being added weekly to support Edulink One customers.

The Knowledge Hub can be found at or via the Overnet Data website under Support.
