Matches MIS Data
All data on Edulink One automatically matches data on your MIS.
Data such as medical records, first languages and parental consents are all able to be viewed, collected and updated.
If you update your MIS with additional fields, this change is also replicated on Edulink One.
Easy to Administer
Nominated admin staff are given access to the data collection module. The data collection module will show an alert every time someone updates their data.
The admin staff can then sanity check that the updated data is correct, before approving it and writing it to your MIS with the click of a button. No new data is written to your MIS without first being checked by a member of staff.
New Year Intake
Edulink One also makes collecting and inputting data for the new year intake a doddle. As soon as a child is marked as “accepted” on your MIS, their parent or carer can be given access to the data collection module in Edulink One.
It’s then simply a case of asking parents to fill out all their details on the data collection page in Edulink One and all of the new pupil data can be written to your MIS in minutes, not weeks.
