Room / Resource Changes

Edulink One is linked to your organisation's MIS timetable, so changes in your MIS are reflected automatically in the app. Administrators can rearrange staff bookings when they need to free rooms for exams or meetings. Changes made in MIS Cover or Edulink One are shown together. The affected staff member will be able to see a list of changes to their bookings and notifications of booking changes are sent automatically to affected staff.

Room / Resource Reports

Reports can be run to allow staff to see what resources are being booked out and by whom. This allows senior staff to identify popular resources and allocate funding accordingly.

Out of hours Booking

Edulink One also allows you to add non-timetabled days to your resource booking table. This works for organisations without a full timetable and for teams that want to add weekend or holiday sessions. It also makes booking facilities such as football pitches for community use simple.
